As part of this process, I've stepped into the newly created role of Culture and Community Manager to ensure the implementation of these principles across our company. My mission in this role is to help our people feel connected not just to their jobs and the company but also to the why behind ASMBL. Every day, I work with our growing team to foster the community, communication, creativity, and commitment to excellence that’s required for ASMBL employees to exercise our values across our work and professional relationships.
